My Diagnosis
Like I said in previous posts, I have started the rewarding yet suicidal task of becoming a runner. Today I traveled once again to the legendary Coach Sitzman and was told that my bones are pretty much not built for running. I have tibial torsion, which is basically having knocked knees, and high arches that need special treatment, and a heavy gait, and I run on the inside of my feet. Soo... I know this sounds weird, but I am relieved! I was worried that I was just being a wimp, but now I know its not all my fault! So I will be venturing to Fleet foot hopefully in the near future in order to get special shoes and special insoles for my weird legs. And then maybe I will be fixed!!
